Two Kings Casino In Kings Mountain, NC – 2022 Update

After years of legal battles, the Two Kings Casino has finally opened!  Right now, it’s just getting off the ground.  You’ll find a “temporary casino” with about 20,000 square feet and 1,000 slot machines.  And they’ve got bigger plans for Kings Mountain, too.   There are currently 3 construction phases in the works.  Upon completion of all three phases a few years from now, Two Kings Casino will have almost 200,000 square feet of gaming space, 50+ table games, 1,500 hotel rooms, and restaurants and bars to feed all those folks!  This project will cost several hundred million dollars by the time it’s all said and done, and plans can change during construction.  Needless to say, though, the Charlotte area is a huge market, and we expect a lot of investment resulting in a high end gaming resort that we can all enjoy!

So, what to expect if you go visit today?  They’re working on it.  You’ve got about 1,000 slot machines to choose from, and the casino is open 24/7.  You can get food and beverages from food trucks outside the casino.  And they’re working on getting an alcohol license.  I would expect they are working really hard on getting an alcohol license.  We’ll let you know when that’s up and running for sure!  And they’re plenty of parking and valet service available.  Also, please note that the casino is non-smoking.  There are designated smoking areas outside.
